    Sehar is a passionate and experienced Kenyan recruiter with 13+ years of experience in the executive search and recruitment space. She has successfully led the placement of 100+ senior executives into various leadership roles within the East African market. Her experience spans across several sectors and with companies at various growth stages, from startups to scaling entrepreneurial businesses, SMEs to established multinationals.

    She holds an Honours BA in Psychology & Sociology from Western University and is a certified trained Assessor by the Assessment & Development Consultants-UK for both selection and development purposes. She also holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, UK.

    PARTNER

    Kavan is an entrepreneurial Kenyan executive with 10+ years of experience working across the UK and Kenya. He has successfully co-founded several business ventures including serviced offices, insurance, office supplies and financial advisory. Kavan is currently also the CEO at Rosewood Furniture, a second-generation homegrown business in East Africa.

    He is a Certified Executive Coach and holds a Practitioner Diploma in Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, UK. He is a Founder Member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation (EO) Kenya and has held several board positions for the chapter. Kavan holds a Bachelors in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, and a Certificate in Hogan Personality Assessments.
